  • to carry our any reasonable additional duties as directed by the managing agents
  • remove any birds dirt, chewing gum or other substances from paving with a bucket and scrubbing brush
  • to liaise with letting agents to allow reasonable access to apartments and with ADT to test fire alarms and make a log of there instances
  • to greet residents, particularly in the morning before 9am
  • participate in monthly site meeting with KPS and a representative from the Resident Management Company Board of Directors. Monthly meetings are to discuss any on-going site issues, new issues arising, repairs
  • to ensure visitors and contractors sign in and out using the electronic signing in system located in the office
