Responsibility
- responsible for incoming calls and ensuring calls, messages and documents are allocated correctly to the appropriate individuals
- general assistance to Sales / Install managers in administration roles as and when required for Sales admin tasks
- be responsible for Spare Parts sales, processing orders from initial enquiry to despatch
- assist with stock management using our asset-tracking software
- supporting training events hosted at Solotech UK Group
- processing purchase orders; entry, placement and progress to delivery
- assist with equipment sales from start to finish, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, chasing leads, ensuring efficient fulfilment of orders and assisting with after sales support
- create and implement an efficient goods in and out procedure
Requirements

- proven track record or experience in business administration
