Responsibility

  • registering new tenants with utility companies, invoicing and producing account statements
  • lots of telephone work so you must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
  • would suit someone with knowledge of local area, in particular Hounslow, Feltham and surroundings

  • general office duties will include: data input and production of reports using property software, assisting with incoming calls when sales staff are busy, arranging window displays and mail shots, advertising using social media and property websites, arranging viewings, producing tenancy agreements, chasing both buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
