Responsibility

  • making and taking calls from clients, engineers and sub-contractors in relation to all aspects of planned, reactive and quoted works
  • maintain and ensure company processes and systems are being utilised in line with ISO 9001
  • planning and co-ordinating PPM visits and maintaining the status of tasks
  • updating clients on status of tasks
  • daily/Weekly planning of planned, reactive and quoted jobs
  • ensuring that maintenance, repairs and quoted works are done within KPIs and SLAs
