Responsibility
- ensuring the team are working to exceptional standards at all times, and following our procedures
- overseeing our laundry unit and ensuring the correct linen is ready for the relevant date
- carrying out drops & pickups of cleaners, cleaning materials and equipment to sites
- ensuring all cleaners have everything they need to carry out their work smoothly
- provide training to new team members, and refresher training where required to current team members
- ensure stock is always sufficiently maintained
- administration tasks such as bookings and rotas, and communication with customers
- ensuring all equipment is maintained and clean
