- service the needs of customers by resolving customer scheduling / requirement issues
- ensure that Customer Orders comply with contractual agreements and reschedules and exceptions are managed within the contractual terms
- monitor Customer Order status and progress of parts in production.Flag concerns and changes to priority to Production Control
- liaising with the Sales team where necessary to highlight any necessary issues
- work closely with Purchasing to resolve supply problems
- purpose: Focal point for all matters relating to the customer
- host and manage customers whilst on site and ensure that their activities are controlled within company procedures
- to manage and control the acceptance of customer requirements and ensure their input to Avante so that customer requirements are understood, and in liaison with the Production Controller ensure before acceptance that production is achievable
