  • we are looking for an Account Executive with a Junior-to-Mid range level of experience in account management to join our team as soon as possible
  • the Account Executive’s role is to communicate with a variety of clients to a high standard and managing their social media accounts
  • conversing with clients via the telephone and Whatsapp on a regular basis
  • responding to emails and social media requests to a high, professional standard

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven work experience in a Junior-to-Mid range Account Management role
  • comfortability with the use of social media
  • good communication skills, as you will be conversing with and managing the accounts of numerous clients
  • strong organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • since the role is in-house, not remote, you will be required to commute to our South Woodford-based office
  • to start urgently and adapt to the role rapidly
  • it is mandatory that you have a high level of skill and experience with Photoshop. It is also a bonus if you have experience with other photo/editorial software
  • social media marketing: 2 years
