Responsibility

  • deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • accurately checking and sorting the day’s deliveries
  • safely and legally loading and unloading the company delivery vehicles
  • ensuring that the vehicle is presentable at all times and the daily checks are completed
  • maintaining a reasonable level of fuel and fluids in the vehicle at all times
  • ensuring that routes are planned in the most appropriate and efficient way
  • liaising with customers on their premises as necessary
  • debrief the team on a daily basis covering customer requests, delivery performance and customer feedback
