- handling all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and professional manner
- booking customers into our on line diary for MOTs, servicing and other repair work
- liaising with the workshop on progress of customers vehicles
- identifying parts required for vehicles
- ordering parts from our suppliers
- letting customers know of any faults or repairs found on their vehicle and providing them with clear and accurate solution
- invoicing
