- spring Healthcare Limited are a Residential Care provider for vulnerable young people. Our home will be a two bed home for male or female young people aged 8 to 17
- evidencing the management and development of your staff team
Requirements
- A relevant qualification is essential e.g Level 5 NVQ in childcare or equivalent
- have had a CQC rating of GOOD
- 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting is essential
- at least one years’ experience as a registered manager
- adults and Children's DBS on the update service is desirable but not essential
- willingness to work flexibly and to keep knowledge and skills up to date
- experience of care services, risk assessment and person centered care and support
- enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service formally known as the Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure
