Responsibility
- spring Cottages RHE is a 22 bed quality care home
- we are looking for a senior support worker to join our experienced and enthusiastic team
- the candidate must be able to administer medication and deal with doctors/district nurses and social workers
- full training will be given to the right candidate
- the candidate MUST hold a NVQ L2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have 12 months experience in a senior post
- the role will include leading the team of carers and ancillary staff through the shift and they must be computer literate and hold a good telephone manor
- the candidate must be able to work independently but also have good team building skills. We are looking for a candidate who has an outward going and confident personality
