Responsibility

  • dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
  • take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • picking and packing the correct products for customer orders
  • arranging domestic and international shipments
  • replenishing stock in the correct locations
  • ensuring stock is stored safely and correctly
  • checking for damaged or faulty products
  • ensuring pick and pack is tidy, organised and safe at all times
