Responsibility
- adhere to SCT policies and procedures at all times
- monitor Housing Benefit and residents’ Service Charges, and support colleagues in managing arrears
- deputise for Supported Housing Manager in their absence
- ensure effective management of referrals from external and internal sources
- be proactive in reviewing and evaluating your own performance and identifying and acting upon areas for improvement and development
- coordinate and manage staff and volunteers to ensure the service runs smoothly
- health and Safety within Acorn House and the Recovery Hub
- ensure the accurate and timely capture of client-specific data using In-Form
