- salary up to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience plus tips

- breeding our own pigs, our commitment runs throughout everything we do
- right down to the homemade shortbreads with our coffees
- fulltime position working 5 days a week, working towards a four day week
- an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at the Angel Hotel in Pershore, a sensitively refurbished hotel, bar and restaurant of Tudor origin in the heart of the historic riverside Worcestershire town
- the role would be suited to a passionate Chef de Partie who wants to deliver an exceptional menu and is able to maintain a high standard of food safety, and work collaboratively within a team, as well as on their own
