Responsibility
- manage and supervise all bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer satisfaction
- train and mentor bar staff to deliver outstanding service in line with company standards
- cultivate a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation among team members
- ensure consistency and excellence in beverage preparation and presentation
- monitor inventory levels, place orders as necessary, and maintain adequate stock levels
- address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including equipment upkeep and regular cleaning routines
- collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or promotions
Requirements
- leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- high School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous
- strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
- prior experience in hotel or restaurant operations is desirable. However, right candidate with no proper experience will be provided adequate training
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
