- previous experience in Service Charge Accounting and budgeting
- experience working with TRAMPS system is an essential requirement
- quick at learning new ideas, methods and ways of working as well as company procedure, processes and ethos

- has a great manner and level of respect to their colleagues and clients over the phone and face to face
- can work to tight deadlines and not be afraid to ask for assistance if deadlines will not be met
- vigilant in the task at hand, must be precise and accurate. It is fundamental the candidate has attention to detail and thinks of the impact their works has on the process/team members
Responsibility
- assist Property Managers with account queries and budget preparation for the year
- running the departments fortnightly charge raise to clients
- quarterly & Monthly VAT Reporting
- receipt income received against debtor accounts
