- evidence of a CIPD qualification or being qualified through experience
- experience of sourcing and managing recruitment campaigns, reaching a diverse range of prospective candidates
- experience of generating reports and providing an analysis of workforce information

- recruitment support, from 'request to recruit' through to offer, onboarding and induction, including advice to hiring managers and school business teams
- administration and development of our online learning portal known as the Speech and Language UK Learning Academy
- co-ordination of HR workflows and processes to ensure tasks are followed through and the HR system is updated, as necessary
- experience of a broad range of HR activities and experience of working with payroll teams, either internally, externally or through direct experience
- all other HR processes where needed, including auditing and reporting, e.g., regular management information
- day-to-day HR administration for the organisation, personal records and ensuring the right people have the right paperwork and information at the right time in line with our data protection policy and employee privacy notice
