  • oversee all daily cleaning business ensuring excellent service delivery within budget
  • act as Senior Management point of contact with Clients for business reviews and KPI Meetings
  • lead Site Managers with strategic approach ensuring continuous improvement and retention of contracts
  • ensure maintained quality of service delivery as business continues to grow ensuring Regional and Area Managers meet agreed Key Performance Indicators
  • complete monthly meetings with direct reports with a purpose of ongoing development
  • oversee and ensure contract compliance
  • ensure Managers are complying with Payroll processes
  • maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
