Responsibility
- support the Senior Construction Manager in formulating project plans and schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management software
- assist in the implementation of project plans, ensuring that each stage of the project is proceeding on time and within budget
- carry out regular site monitoring and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- support in coordinating tasks and allocating resources across different teams and departments
- aid in managing communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring prompt and accurate information dissemination
- compile regular progress reports and documentation for management and stakeholders
- participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes
- help manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- proven experience in construction project management
- solid knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- understanding of construction laws and regulations
- attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
