Requirements

  • 1-2 years office experience ideally within a sales, service or business development position
  • self motivated
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • organised with the ability to multitask
  • experience in the pharmaceutical is a plus but not necessary
  • administrative: 2 years

Responsibility

  • provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer service
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and sales transactions
  • generate reports and analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • working directly with our logistic partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services
  • manage communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
  • provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and conducting research
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, market research, and competitor analysis
