Responsibility
we are an expanding friendly company based Letchworth looking to recruit a permanent Sales Administrator to join our team
the successful applicant will be part of a small but busy team providing both purchase and sales administration
answering and routing incoming calls
processing sales orders and updating sales order information onto the CRM system
raising purchase orders and matching delivery notes and purchase invoices to orders, resolving price discrepancies with suppliers, as appropriate
reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Manager, the job is a varied role and requires the successful candidate to be versatile and motivated, with a can-do attitude
maintaining paper records relating to sales and purchase orders processed, archiving records as necessary
follow up outstanding purchase orders to ensure goods are received
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
good knowledge and competency of Microsoft Products especially Outlook
knowledge of SAGE preferred by not essential
previous experience of a CRM system advantageous
good communication skills
excellent attention to detail
sage 200: 2 years
accurate data entry skills
sales administration: 2 years
