  • \* Obtaining relevant approvals of vendor invoices in line with the company’s policies
  • \* Accurate set-up of new vendors on the system in line with the company’s policies
  • \* Assistance with year-end Audit and preparation of Financial Accounts
  • \* Providing cover for other accounting functions as needed
  • \* Dealing with vendors by phone and email providing a high standard of service
  • \* Other ad-hoc duties as delegated from time to time by the Finance Team Manager or any other person designated in their absence
