- managing and overseeing the residential care homes in the region
- managing and developing high quality specialist care services
- encouraging a culture of care and continuous improvement across the services
- work with the local community and regional authorities to drive performance of the group
- as an Area Operations Manager, you'll oversee a number of services and collaborate with the senior leadership team to deliver the company strategy across the region
- embed a positive culture within the group for the betterment of the service provision
- the promotion of high standards of care, following regulatory guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner
Requirements

- able to work well under pressure to deliver business growth while maintaining the highest standards of care quality
- demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating, managing and developing staff
- we are looking for someone with strong leadership and management qualities, experience managing adult learning disabilities and mental health services and with background of leading and developing staff teams in an operational environment
- A clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care
