as an Area Operations Manager, you'll oversee a number of services and collaborate with the senior leadership team to deliver the company strategy across the region
embed a positive culture within the group for the betterment of the service provision
the promotion of high standards of care, following regulatory guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner
Requirements
the successful candidate will be
