  • as an Area Operations Manager, you'll oversee a number of services and collaborate with the senior leadership team to deliver the company strategy across the region

  • the promotion of high standards of care, following regulatory guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner

  • compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
