- specflue is one of the UK’s major suppliers of flue, chimney and renewable energy products
- the head office, in Sudbury, Suffolk includes industry leading training facilities via the National Chimney Academy and Renewables Training Centre
- we are now recruiting an additional member to our Internal Sales and Customer Support team
- processing customer orders
- preparation of quotes/bills of materials and determining effective pricing
- deal with sales enquiries on all products within the range
- deal with sales enquiries on all products within the Specflue range
- providing first line technical and product application advice
Requirements
- experience of working within an Internal Sales/Customer Service team
- an understanding of the sales process within a distribution environment
- understanding of the market in which we operate would be preferred
- excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- able to work as part of the team or on own initiative
- flexible attitude to working patterns
- customer service: 2 years
- A natural problem solver
