Requirements
- experience of working for a BRCGS Certified company
- experience of dealing with suppliers/sub-contracted service providers
- familiarity with electronic banking systems and payment transit times – e.g. HSBCnet
- AAT Level 4 qualified
- dairy Industry knowledge – Commercial / Technical / Production
- knowledge of Customs Import and Export Procedures
- modern Linguistic skills
- accounting: 3 years
Responsibility
- supporting office activities during periods of staff holidays and absence
- supporting the company’s activities to ensure it meets its Food Safety & Quality objectives in accordance with the Quality Manual
- banking oversight and Control of Credit, ensuring debtors are kept within insured limits
- preparation of financial information for submission to 3rd party Accountant for end of year accounts
- provide management oversight to the Company Accounts and ensure efficient operation of the company’s Finance, Accounting & Administration activities
- preparation of financial reports and monthly Management Accounts plus quarterly submissions to relevant Credit Insurers to maintain / improve established cover
