SPADEWORK is looking for employees for positions:
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
- to provide and manage a high-quality food service, ensuring quality and presentation standards at all times
- to adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures and cleaning schedule
- to adhere to stock control and wastage procedures throughout the kitchen
- to follow Health & Safety regulations
- to work in a small team, maintaining good relationships and communication
- assist with ordering and stock rotation
- be able to self-manage at busy times and be pro-active in approach
- be able to identify, and resolve, any special requirements, dietary or otherwise, for customers
- at least 2 years experience in a kitchen environment
- food Hygiene Level 2/3
- to create and follow menus/ recipes
- to provide and manage a high-quality food service, ensuring quality and presentation standards at all times
- always adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures and cleaning schedule
- always adhering to stock control and wastage procedures throughout the kitchen
- always following Health & Safety regulations
- to work in a small team, maintaining good relationships and communication
- assist with ordering and stock rotation
- be able to self-manage at busy times and be pro-active in approach
- previous experience managing, or assisting managing, a kitchen
- at least 2 years experience in a kitchen environment
- food Hygiene Level 2/3

- setting up and maintaining front of house to a high standard
- identify and resolve any special requirements, dietary or otherwise, for customers
