- to provide and manage a high-quality food service, ensuring quality and presentation standards at all times
- to adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures and cleaning schedule
- to adhere to stock control and wastage procedures throughout the kitchen
- to follow Health & Safety regulations
- to work in a small team, maintaining good relationships and communication
- assist with ordering and stock rotation
- be able to self-manage at busy times and be pro-active in approach
- be able to identify, and resolve, any special requirements, dietary or otherwise, for customers
Requirements
- at least 2 years experience in a kitchen environment
- food Hygiene Level 2/3
