- reporting to the cofounder this is an opportunity with direct influence on the wider business strategy of the fastest growing flex company in the UK
- leading and developing a team of 4 with a Growth Marketing Manager, Marketing Exec, Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator you will take the lead in creative direction to enhance sales and create individual sub-brands for every coworking space as we grow from 12 to 50 locations over the next 3 years
- brand & Marketing Strategy
Requirements
- extensive Marketing & Communications expertise
- experience in a multi-brand hospitality business and/or agency preferred
- proven track record in brand development, including new brand or rebranding projects
- strong analytical capabilities for strategic insights
- deep understanding of service culture and hospitality industry
- extensive experience in PR & Communications
- demonstrated expertise in customer understanding and insight-driven marketing
- ideally experienced in B2B or lead generation
