- packaging of products for shipping and sale
- production of stock
- maintaining clean and tidy workspaces to uphold our health and safety standards
- fulfilling customer orders
- supporting warehouse activities, such as seed mixing and general warehouse duties during quieter production periods
- overseeing inbound and outbound deliveries
- working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
Requirements
- attention to detail and a commitment to product quality
- capability of performing repetitive work with a positive attitude
- reliable mode of transport
- good physical stamina, as this role may involve lifting and moving of supplies
- being able to lift up to 20kg unassisted
- self-motivated with good time management skills
- computer literate
- ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment
