Responsibility

  • general kitchen duties including preparing and cooking menu items
  • ensure that food preparation and presentation meet high standards of quality and consistency as set by the Head and Sous Chefs
  • support the Sous Chef and manage the kitchen in his/her absence
  • ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to at all times
