Responsibility

  • motivate the UK team with strong leadership, mentoring, training and the provision of routine constructive feedback
  • maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and order within the store
  • maintain a clean and orderly warehouse using visual management techniques
  • ensure store and warehouse compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations
  • ensure theft in the store is minimised with absolute vigilance, routine bag checks, team member zoning and adherence to procedures
  • develop and share strategies to reduce opportunities for theft
  • develop store strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic and optimize profitability; share with SOUTHST management before implementation
  • ensure the delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction through exemplary service, liaising with the SOUTHST customer service team as necessary
