Requirements

  • proficiency in 3rd line networking concepts and security
  • preferably poses in-depth experience with WatchGuard Firewalls
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support environment
  • IT support: 5 years
