- we are a family-run company in its 3rd generation and have been operating for almost 60 years
- facilitate the smooth running of the office by organising people and day to day tasks
- overseeing and controlling the administration in the reception office
- liaising with senior management and participating in regular meetings when required
- confidence to delegate work to other staff members whilst managing their workload and output
- as the largest independent vehicle rental company in the South of England, we are looking for a trainee office manager to join our team in the Portsmouth Area
- responding to customer complaints in a professional manner
- helping to greet and serve customers upon their arrival in reception
