Responsibility
- ensuring any staff matters/concerns/conflict are dealt with promptly and fully in line with our policies and procedures
- to deal with parental complaints in a timely manner in accordance with the policies and procedures
- ensure all risks assessments are carried out and frequently reviewed and updated. Including; for all outings, new equipment, chemical products current COSHH, staff medication
- to ensure that the nursery is GDPR compliant in line with the policies and procedures
- monitoring parental accounts to ensure the timely collection of nursery fees by the 1st of each month
- represent the nursery, internally and externally arranging show around appointments, organising other special events and act as a role model throughout the business as a representative of the company
- following company and safer recruitment procedures to ensure effective and fair recruitment and where applicable, promotion of employees
- to maximise and deliver on financial targets directly related to nursery performance including age debt
