Responsibility
- tyre Fitting - including Car, Van, HGV, Trailers, Plant equipment and Mobile Cranes tyres
- out of hours breakdown attendance
- assistance in depot stock control and stock taking
- completion of job specific worksheets and servicing schedules to the required standard
- repairing tyres as needed
- your time will be spent providing, Proactively looking after all the Company Tyre's , scheduled tyre servicing, fitting new tyres, attending roadside breakdowns and Tyre admin
Requirements
- previous experience in Heavy Commercial Tyre Fitting and Mobile Cranes Tyres
- to be considered for this role, you must hold a valid driving license
- level 2 NVQ in Tyre Fitting is advantageous
- fast fit / tyre fitting / automotive or mechanic experience
- safetyre Qualification is advantageous
- comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales
- happy to work as part of a team
- knowledge of Fleet Tyre Management to help maximise tyre wear etc
