Responsibility
- it is essential that all candidates have either call centre or Insurance Sector experience
- you will be working in a busy office environment dealing with inbound calls and answering emails from customers that either wish to purchase or have already purchased our travel insurance products
- we are offering flexible hours around family or other commitments during our opening hours of 9 - 6 Monday - Friday and 9 - 2 on a Saturday
- once a 3 month probation period has been passed, there may be the option to offer additional hours working from home answering emails
