Responsibility

  • it is essential that all candidates have either call centre or Insurance Sector experience
  • you will be working in a busy office environment dealing with inbound calls and answering emails from customers that either wish to purchase or have already purchased our travel insurance products
  • we are offering flexible hours around family or other commitments during our opening hours of 9 - 6 Monday - Friday and 9 - 2 on a Saturday
  • once a 3 month probation period has been passed, there may be the option to offer additional hours working from home answering emails
  • job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
  • part-time hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
