Working hours

Responsibility

  • flexibility in opening hours for event weekends and Bank Holidays
  • card and cash handling to include post office banking during the week
  • be a welcoming face and first point of contact for member, guests and visitors
  • lead and manage any assisting bar staff
  • be able to develop and enhance the ambiance of the club into one that is dynamic, welcoming and enjoyable
  • responsibility for the weekend management and running of the clubhouse bar, ensuring the bar, clubhouse and facilities cleanliness is maintained throughout
  • during the week ensure that the clubhouse and facilities are cleaned internally and where appropriate externally
  • supervising the admittance of maintenance professionals and receiving ad hoc deliveries during the week
