This job is dreadful. You have to cover your mileage and the company pays you back so much. You lose 44 miles a day In fuel you cannot claim as you can only claim from buckfastleigh. So if you live in plymouth that's 44 miles a day. You also do not get paid travel time. So you can drive from plymouth to Exeter and then in the afternoon be placed in Cornwall and you don't get paid your time. You have to use your own car . The clients wreck your car. You don't get payments for wear and tear on your car. You also have to work a month in hand. So if you start in June you don't get June wages till the end of July. This is actually like working two months in hand but they can't see it . Avoid this company at all costs
The paperwork to get your fuel back is a pain. You have to provide every recipet and fill.out three different forms. You will be out of pocket massively . The managers also don't listen to safeguarding concerns . This company is a.massive red flag.
