Responsibility
- we have a vacancy for a Maintenance Technician at our DIGS The Pinnacles Student Accommodation site in Sheffield
- deliver effective reactive maintenance service to the property in a courteous, timely and safe manner
- carries out fault-finding, repairs, maintenance and PPM within the buildings across the site
- inspects and tests equipment to verify system performance, generating appropriate paperwork to maintain compliance with the codes of practice
- recommends, develops, and performs preventative general maintenance procedures
- attends to emergencies and urgent works promptly
- the ideal candidate should be undertaking a full range of maintenance and repair work to the buildings and equipment within the scope determined by our services
- ensure effective and accurate reporting using the DIGS Support Portal platform daily
Requirements
- experience in delivering reactive maintenance service
- able to and have good trouble shooting skills
- have repair and installation experience
- good communicator and have good listening skills
- computer literate
- maintenance: 1 year
