Responsibility

  • provide an efficient and professional service to our customers
  • wipe, clean and tidy the area surrounding the food preparation area at the end of each day
  • check all deliveries
  • take ownership of the daily waste management
  • be resposible for cashing up at the end of the shift
  • be responsible for securely locking the premises at the end of the working day/event
  • ensure all catering staff are following correct procedures, that all food items are stored and handled properly, and that food hygiene is being maintained at all times
  • be flexible by both working in the kitchen and Bar environment
