provide an efficient and professional service to our customers
wipe, clean and tidy the area surrounding the food preparation area at the end of each day
check all deliveries
take ownership of the daily waste management
be resposible for cashing up at the end of the shift
be responsible for securely locking the premises at the end of the working day/event
ensure all catering staff are following correct procedures, that all food items are stored and handled properly, and that food hygiene is being maintained at all times
be flexible by both working in the kitchen and Bar environment
