the ability to work on your own initiative is important as well as working in the team
experience and a background in sales or customer service is also helpful, but most important will be your ability to communicate with people and deal effectively with a variety of customers at potentially difficult or stressful periods in their life
we will provide training in our computer and administration systems and you will receive support from the Store Manager and your colleagues
Responsibility
we are recruiting for a permanent part time Customer Service Advisor to be available to work at both sites for 2 or 3 days a week to be mutually agreed. Occasional working on a Saturday required, currently once a month
the job holder will work in the office on reception, dealing with existing and new customers both on the phone and in person
the role requires showing customers the different sized units, maintain customer relationship records, preparing storage contracts for new customers and dealing with general administration
