Requirements
- A professional approach and a good eye for detail is required
- the ability to work on your own initiative is important as well as working in the team
- experience and a background in sales or customer service is also helpful, but most important will be your ability to communicate with people and deal effectively with a variety of customers at potentially difficult or stressful periods in their life
- we will provide training in our computer and administration systems and you will receive support from the Store Manager and your colleagues
Responsibility
- we are recruiting for a permanent part time Customer Service Advisor to be available to work at both sites for 2 or 3 days a week to be mutually agreed. Occasional working on a Saturday required, currently once a month
- the job holder will work in the office on reception, dealing with existing and new customers both on the phone and in person
- the role requires showing customers the different sized units, maintain customer relationship records, preparing storage contracts for new customers and dealing with general administration
