REGISTERED CARE HOME MANAGER IPSWICHSouth Coast Care homes are Looking for a new permanent Manager to take over the running of our homeAs a Registered Manager you are legally responsible for the operational day to day management of the service ensuring that your service is compliant with relevant legislation including compliance to the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Quality Commission guidance and Precious Homes policies and procedures.A Registered Manager is visible and leading from the front and this means being regularly on the floor and not being office based (away from Service Users and support teams in an office) or working from home.The Home was inspected at the end of April by CQC and we have been told that we are no longer inadequate rated and all special measures are to be lifted. so this is your chance to talk on an home that will meeting all standards and has full support from owners and local stakeholders.Key Responsibilities include:Quality of Service - To maintain a high quality service rated by CQC and Local Authorities as "Good" or better.Regulatory Compliance - To ensure the service is compliant with all Local Authority Contracts, CQC and Other Health and Social Care legislation, guidance and regulations.Auditing - To carry out Monthly Management audits to monitor the services performance.Continuous Improvement - Where any Management or other internal or external audits require actions, for these to be fed into the Service Improvement Plan (SIP).
