Requirements
an Experienced and accomplished CQC Registered Manager
2-3 years minimum supervisory experience in a similar care setting within the past 5 years with CQC inspection experience
NVQ 5 in Leadership & Management and Care
management Level 5 Diploma QCF with good experience of care
NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management and Care or Diploma 5 in Care Management
able to carry out an assessment of needs to determine a service-users suitability for a placement
A good understanding of CQC legislation and regulations
