Responsibility

  • comprehensive recruiting of applicants mainly in the commercial sector, but also partly from commercial and technical employees
  • internet research including telephone or written contact to find candidates
  • coordination of appointments and invitations to personal interviews
  • conducting telephone and personal interviews with applicants
  • personnel selection, disposition and personnel recruitment for our internal requirement profiles
  • applicant support and employee management
  • registration of applicant data in the IT operating system
  • processing of our prepared, administrative personnel agendas

Requirements

  • completed commercial or technical training
  • at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the commercial area or recruiting
  • very high customer and service orientation, passion and determination
  • flexibility and the ability to resolve conflicts
  • friendly appearance and an independent, structured way of working
  • excellent ability to work in a team and a strong communicative personality
