Responsibility
- drive innovation and the development of the Sourced paid media offering
- devise paid digital media strategies alongside internal teams and overseeing the delivery of these strategies
- identify trends within paid digital media and harnessing these for the benefit the business
- ability to assess PPC, Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns providing a critique of the activity and some improvement suggestions
- creation of targeted integrated campaigns to specific audience segments
- implement ongoing improvements and maintenance to the Sourced brand websites
- support day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring clients receive a high level of service
- work with the wider team to deliver automated email workflows and the development of targeted email campaigns
Requirements
- strong knowledge and experience of paid digital media with at least 3 to 5 years of paid experience
- well versed in the multi-channel and multi-platform aspects of paid digital media
- experience working with senior business stakeholders to develop paid media channels
- you will be familiar with paid digital media work for brand/above the line result
- experienced in creating copy for ads and the ability to analyse results
- experience in email campaign creation and setting up automated workflows
- experienced in marketing with a digitally focused skillset but also a strong understanding of other marketing skills
