Responsibility
- support ad hoc projects related to the role and help drive continuous improvement for the department
- manage the Payroll in-box, allocating and responding to both internal and external enquires in a timely fashion
- make contractual changes in the system e.g., salary/ wage increase, transfers, pension, benefits, job status, job titles etc
- assisting with the administrative process for Pension Auto-enrolment Letters, opt in/out
- process Leavers – running monthly reports to review to ensure system is accurate
- set up New Starters and complete Right to Work Checks including actioning required updates throughout the Right to Work lifecycle and uploading documents to SD Worx
- adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- honour confidentiality of employees' pay records and documentation
