Responsibility

  • communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email and online chat
  • effectively deal with all new business and existing claims, by undertaking claims and dealing with processes relating to the business
  • evaluate and make decisions on a claim’s outcome, in line with specified rules and conditions
  • support with product questions from areas of the business
  • carry out fact-finding validation searches for client data that we deal with
  • ensuring quick contact with clients to progress their claim, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to update existing clients
  • explain complex situations to our clients with the ability to transfer this into written communication where necessary
  • work alongside FCA regulations and guidelines ensuring that they are embedded into your day to day work
