Responsibility
- communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email and online chat
- effectively deal with all new business and existing claims, by undertaking claims and dealing with processes relating to the business
- evaluate and make decisions on a claim’s outcome, in line with specified rules and conditions
- support with product questions from areas of the business
- carry out fact-finding validation searches for client data that we deal with
- ensuring quick contact with clients to progress their claim, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to update existing clients
- explain complex situations to our clients with the ability to transfer this into written communication where necessary
- work alongside FCA regulations and guidelines ensuring that they are embedded into your day to day work
