Responsibility
- to work with the Managing Director and Business Manager to identify business priorities and planning
- to support the marketing strategy and expanding new customer provision, evaluate available tenders and co-ordinate business application
- identify and follow up new business opportunities
- conduct client visits and site surveys to assess risks and needs of potential new business
- create and deliver presentations tailored to clients’ needs
- directly responsible for self-generated new business through initial identification of new clients, cold canvassing through telephone calls and in person meetings to progress new prospects through to customer onboarding
- represent our business at exhibitions; arrange profile heightening activities and evaluate effectiveness
- generate proposals for new business, ensuring clients are provided with clear information on services and fees and agree service level agreements
