- to supervise and provide support to all departments across Operations, ensuring all tasks are actioned in a timely manner, adhering to any deadlines
- to provide support to Operations Senior Management by assisting with daily tasks and assigned project work
- ensuring company policies are adhered to by Operational staff
- to liaise with internal and external auditors, providing detailed audit reports when required
- monitoring of business volumes and staff resources and reporting back to Senior Management
- responsible for Daily cash flow from all Settlement transactions
