Responsibility
- sonomatic are currently recruiting for an HSEQ Administrator to join our busy, fast paced Team in Aberdeen
- provide general administrative support in safety, health, environment, and quality matters to the UK HSEQ Manager
- the position will be predominantly based In Aberdeen, although in due course some travel to our other areas of operation in Scotland will be required
- the role entails ensuring the effective upkeep, management, and improvement of all HSEQ systems, processes, procedures, and policies under the direction of the UK HSEQ Manager as well as general HSEQ administrative duties
- maintain the company’s certification and inspection database incl. organising recertification/inspection activities
- undertake other tasks/projects as requested by and under the direction of the UK HSEQ Manager
- assist in the administration of the company’s quality management system
- assist in promoting a positive culture and continual improvement of safety, health, environment, and quality standards throughout the company
