  • somerset Early Scans is an award winning private ultrasound clinic with two locations; Paulton, near Bath, and Bridgwater, Somerset
  • the company is led by Doctors, with industry leading clinical governance and rated "Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission
  • we are currently seeking an experienced Sonographer to work on a part time, permanent basis
  • we are currently seeking an experienced Sonographer to work on a part time, permanent basis in our Paulton Clinic BS39 7SF
  • the individual will be eventually working independently after an initial period of training and supervision
  • the individual will be eventually working independently with an assistant, after an initial period of training and supervision
  • total 11 hours per week available for this post, minimum of 4 hours per week required
  • if preferred, a Saturday afternoon shift could be accommodated

Requirements

  • the successful applicant will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient-centred approach
  • you must have at least 2 years’ experience working as an NHS Obstetric Sonographer/ Midwife sonographer, with available references
  • you must have at least 2 years’ experience working as an NHS Obstetric Sonographer, with available references
  • the company has full professional medical malpractice insurance
  • in order to be considered for this position, you must be an experienced Obstetric Sonographer or Midwife Sonographer with an expert understanding of Obstetric Ultrasound practices and be registered with the HCPC, SoR, NMC or GMC
  • in order to be considered for this position, you must be an experienced Obstetric Sonographer with an expert understanding of Obstetric Ultrasound practices and be registered with the HCPC, SoR, NMC or GMC
  • NHS Sonographer: 2 years
