- managing and developing the newly implemented 8x8 communications platform in line with business strategy
- acting as the subject matter expert for the communications platform and associated services delivered via the platform
- liaising between internal customers and external third parties to capture, implement and continuously improve requirements to meet business needs
- meeting SLA’s through effective management and maintenance of the platform

- strong internal and external stakeholder management and presentation skills, including senior management communication and management of 3rd parties with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
